Return & Exchange Policy

At One Best, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, and we aim to make this process as smooth as possible. Please read our policy below to understand the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. The original packaging must also be intact.
  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or incorrect.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@onebestprimect.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, securely pack the items in their original packaging and ship them back to the address provided by our support team.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchange Process:

  • To exchange an item for a different size or product, follow the same process as above and specify the product you wish to receive in exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, you may choose another product or request a refund.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a description and photos of the issue, if possible. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including underwear, socks, and accessories for hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Return Shipping Address:
Once approved for a return or exchange, our customer service team will provide you with the appropriate shipping address. Please do not send items back without authorization.
